Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to QuantLink, a quantitative trading signal relay and distribution platform. QuantLink connects trading strategies running on JoinQuant (聚宽) with execution terminals such as QMT and PTrade, enabling automated signal delivery, position monitoring, and drift analysis.

By accessing or using our services at quantlink.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

QuantLink provides the following core services:

  1. Signal Relay — receiving trading signals from JoinQuant strategies via webhook and delivering them to registered execution terminals
  2. Terminal Management — registering, authenticating, and monitoring QMT/PTrade execution terminals with device binding security
  3. Position Monitoring — collecting position snapshots from both JoinQuant and QMT/PTrade, calculating drift between expected and actual positions
  4. Strategy Sharing — enabling users to share trading strategies with other users, including permission controls, user groups, and strategy bundles
  5. Signal History — maintaining records of signal delivery, execution confirmations, and execution history for compliance and review

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: You must create an account to access the Service. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your information up to date.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with third parties.

  3. Sub-accounts: Account owners may create sub-accounts within their tenant. The account owner is responsible for all activities performed by sub-accounts under their tenant.

  4. Multi-Tenancy: Each account belongs to a tenant workspace. Users within the same tenant may share strategies and resources according to the permissions configured by the account owner.

Trading Signal Disclaimer

QuantLink is a signal relay tool, not a trading advisor or broker.

  • We do not generate, endorse, or guarantee the profitability of any trading strategy or signal
  • Trading signals are generated by users' strategies on JoinQuant and relayed through our platform without modification
  • We are not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or execution errors resulting from signals delivered through the Service
  • Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, and compliance with applicable securities regulations
  • Signal delivery is provided on a best-effort basis; network latency, system maintenance, or other factors may affect delivery timing

Terminal Usage and Security

  1. Device Binding: Each terminal is bound to a single device via fingerprint authentication. Attempting to connect from a different device requires explicit rebind authorization.

  2. Authentication: Terminals must use their assigned authentication token. Tokens must not be shared or disclosed to unauthorized parties.

  3. Heartbeat: Active terminals must send periodic heartbeat signals. Terminals that fail to send heartbeats may be marked as offline.

  4. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for the security of their execution terminals, including the QMT/PTrade software and the operating system on which it runs.

Strategy Sharing Rules

When using the strategy sharing features, you agree to:

  1. Permission Compliance: Respect the permission settings configured by strategy owners (pause rights, delete rights, terminal limits, validity periods)

  2. No Redistribution: Do not redistribute shared strategies, signals, or access credentials to parties not authorized by the original sharer

  3. User Group Conduct: When managing user groups, ensure that members are informed and have consented to receiving strategy signals

  4. Expiration Respect: Cease using shared strategies upon expiration and do not attempt to circumvent share expiration controls

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable securities regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the signal relay pipeline, terminal connections, or platform infrastructure
  • Use automated means to scrape, extract, or mass-download data from the Service
  • Impersonate other users or falsify terminal identity information
  • Attempt to bypass device binding, authentication, or rate limiting mechanisms
  • Share or resell platform access to unauthorized third parties
  • Submit false position data or manipulate execution records

Payment and Subscription

  1. Plans: Access to certain features is governed by subscription plans. Plan details, pricing, and feature gates are described on the pricing page.

  2. Billing: Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and payment method. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

  3. Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  4. Feature Gates: Some features (strategy sharing, group sharing, position drift monitoring, etc.) may be restricted based on your subscription plan.

Intellectual Property

  • The QuantLink platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by QuantLink and protected by applicable intellectual property laws
  • You retain ownership of your trading strategies, strategy configurations, and any custom code you create
  • QuantLink does not claim any ownership rights to trading signals generated by your strategies
  • The "QuantLink" name and logo are trademarks of QuantLink and may not be used without prior written permission

Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

  1. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  2. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

  3. We are not liable for any trading losses caused by service downtime, signal delivery delays, or system failures.

Termination

  1. By You: You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting support.

  2. By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

  3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your active shares will be revoked, terminals will be disconnected, and your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • TRADING LOSSES RESULTING FROM SIGNALS DELIVERED THROUGH THE SERVICE
  • FAILURE TO DELIVER SIGNALS IN A TIMELY MANNER
  • ERRORS IN POSITION DATA OR DRIFT CALCULATIONS
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR TERMINALS
  • ANY OTHER USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantLink, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Trading activities conducted using signals delivered through the Service
  • Your violation of applicable securities or financial regulations

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
